Repeat Drug Driving (within 5 years)
If you have a prior drug driving conviction in the last 5 years, the penalties are far harsher:
- Licence disqualification: up to 2 years
- Fines up to $10,014
- Imprisonment for a period determined by the court

- Fines up to $6,676
